Seni Klasik Batik Textiles is a fast-growing batik fashion brand based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. We are dedicated to preserving the art of batik while making it accessible to modern audiences through innovative digital strategies. We are currently looking for a confident and energetic Live Host to join our team and take charge of our live selling initiatives across various social media platforms.
As a Live Host, you will be the voice and face of our brand during live streaming sessions. You will present our batik collections, interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive sales in real-time. Additionally, you will handle e-commerce operations such as managing product listings, processing orders, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Your role is crucial in creating an engaging shopping experience that converts viewers into loyal customers.
The ideal candidate should have a natural flair for communication, a comfort with being on camera, and a genuine interest in batik fashion. Prior experience in live hosting, sales, or e-commerce is a plus. You should be comfortable using social media tools and have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. We value creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

- Host daily live streaming sessions on popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Demonstrate and explain batik products, highlighting unique designs, materials, and styling tips.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and nurture a loyal online community.
- Manage e-commerce operations, including product uploads, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional live events and sales campaigns.
- Monitor live session performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about batik trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a live host, content creator, or in e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Confident and comfortable performing live on camera with a natural ability to engage audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of batik or traditional textiles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and e-commerce tools (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
