Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and execute daily live streaming sessions on the TikTok platform to ensure high-quality broadcast standards.
- Coordinate with hosts and talent to ensure content schedules are followed strictly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, including audio, video, and connectivity concerns during live broadcasts.
- Monitor chat engagement, moderate comments, and ensure a positive, brand-aligned environment for the audience.
- Track stream performance metrics, viewer growth, and engagement rates, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all livestream activities comply with platform community guidelines and corporate safety policies.
- Maintain equipment setup and studio readiness prior to the start of every broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Livestream Operator, content moderator, or digital content producer, specifically on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s livestreaming interface, tools, and community algorithms.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on quick resolution of technical streaming problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting content schedules.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- High level of digital literacy and familiarity with video production hardware and software (OBS, streaming software).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts that may include evenings or weekends to match peak viewing times.
