Tanggung Jawab
- Host and present live product demonstrations on our social media platforms and website.
- Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Drive sales and conversions by effectively showcasing product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan and execute successful live streaming campaigns.
- Monitor live stream performance and adjust strategies to maximize viewer engagement.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to potential buyers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an energetic and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused while managing multiple tasks during a live session.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic video editing tools is a plus.
