In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in executing successful live streams across various major platforms (such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook). You will work closely with on-screen talents, content creators, and the marketing team to ensure technical perfection, smooth transitions, and high audience engagement throughout every broadcast.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in setting up and testing streaming hardware including cameras, microphones, lighting systems, and encoders.
- Configure and manage broadcasting software such as OBS Studio, vMix, or platform-native streaming tools.
- Monitor live broadcasts in real-time to troubleshoot and resolve any sudden technical, audio, or video issues.
- Engage with the live audience via chat moderation, answering questions, pinned comments, and driving viewer participation.
- Coordinate with hosts and content creators during live broadcasts, managing product cues and stream layouts.
- Prepare pre-stream elements such as graphical overlays, product listings, and promotional banners.
- Track stream performance metrics and assist the team in compiling post-stream reports.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in live stream coordination, video production, or digital broadcasting.
- Familiarity with major live-streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada, YouTube, Facebook Live).
- Basic technical knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and microphone/audio configurations.
- Proficiency with streaming software like OBS Studio or Streamlabs is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident online presence for chat moderation.
- Ability to multitask and think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced, live environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match scheduled live broadcast times.
