- Manage live stream operations including scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Monitor real-time analytics to optimize engagement and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and creative teams for integrated campaign execution
- Moderate live chat interactions, ensuring compliance with community guidelines
- Implement content moderation policies to maintain brand integrity
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements for future streams
- Leverage multilingual skills to engage with diverse regional audiences
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language (Mandarin, Malay, or Bahasa)
- 1-2 years experience in live streaming, social media moderation, or digital content management
- Proficiency with streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, etc.) and moderation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret real-time data metrics
- Exceptional communication and crisis management abilities
- Basic understanding of e-commerce conversion funnels
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
