In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital content production, ensuring seamless streaming operations and providing critical support to our live hosts.
You will be responsible for orchestrating the technical aspects of our live broadcasts, optimizing performance, and helping our hosts deliver high-energy content that resonates with our audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the technical setup, operation, and troubleshooting of live streaming equipment and software.
- Oversee daily streaming schedules and ensure all broadcasts start and end on time.
- Provide real-time guidance and performance coaching to live hosts to enhance viewer engagement.
- Monitor stream quality (audio/video) and resolve technical glitches immediately to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement visual effects, overlays, and graphics during live sessions.
- Analyze viewer data and performance metrics post-broadcast to suggest improvements for future streams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional studio environment for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a live stream operator, broadcast technician, or in a similar production role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to on-screen talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and focused during live broadcast pressures.
- Familiarity with social media live platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City with a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field is an advantage.
