In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand during live broadcasts, ensuring every session is not only technically flawless but also highly engaging for our audience. You will manage the end-to-end streaming process, from technical setup and equipment calibration to real-time content delivery and audience interaction. Your expertise will help us maintain a professional standard of broadcasting that resonates with viewers and drives community growth.
As a Live Stream Operator, you will be responsible for the technical integrity of our streams. This includes operating streaming software such as OBS or vMix, managing multiple camera feeds, and adjusting audio levels in real-time. You will also collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that the broadcast content aligns with our brand identity and strategic goals. The ideal candidate must be able to troubleshoot technical issues immediately to minimize downtime and keep the stream running smoothly.

- Operate and manage live streaming software (e.g., OBS, vMix) to ensure seamless broadcasts.
- Set up and calibrate studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and microphones.
- Monitor live feeds for technical issues and resolve them immediately to prevent downtime.
- Engage with viewers in real-time chat to foster community, answer questions, and build brand loyalty.
- Capture and edit short highlights from live sessions for social media repurposing.
- Coordinate with the production team to align streaming content with marketing goals and event schedules.
- Maintain a clean and professional broadcast environment, ensuring all hardware is in optimal condition.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in live streaming operations or broadcasting.
- Strong technical knowledge of video encoding, streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS), and audio-visual equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective audience interaction.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations during live events.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Reliable internet connection and personal hardware suitable for streaming if working remotely.
- Flexibility to work during varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
