Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage TikTok live streaming sessions with hosts
- Create and edit short-form video content for pre/post-stream promotion
- Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics
- Ensure technical setup and troubleshooting for broadcasts
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance viewer engagement
- Maintain equipment inventory and streaming software updates
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in TikTok live streaming operations
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Strong analytical skills for performance data interpretation
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic graphic design skills for visual content creation
- Relevant degree in Digital Media or equivalent experience
