Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and operate live streaming equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting, and encoders
- Monitor live broadcasts to ensure technical quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during streaming
- Coordinate with content creators and production teams to ensure smooth execution of live events
- Manage live chat moderation and respond to audience inquiries in real-time
- Assist with post-streaming activities including archiving content and analyzing performance metrics
- Stay updated with the latest streaming technologies, platforms, and best practices
- Maintain and organize streaming equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working condition
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, video production, or related field
- Familiarity with streaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, and Instagram Live
- Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment, lighting, and streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio of previous streaming or video production work is highly desirable
