Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute live streaming strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates
- Train and mentor creators/KOLs on advanced streaming techniques, platform features, and performance optimization
- Monitor live broadcasts in real-time to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure broadcast quality
- Analyze streaming metrics to identify performance trends and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with content teams to align live streaming initiatives with broader marketing campaigns
- Stay current with emerging live streaming technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Document streaming protocols and create training materials for creator onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in live streaming operations or digital content production
- Expert knowledge of major live streaming platforms (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live)
- Proven ability to train and guide creators on performance optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience using streaming analytics tools (YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities during live broadcasts with minimal downtime
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative audience interaction strategies
