Tanggung Jawab
- Host live sales sessions on various platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Shopee Live) for the Lonkoom brand.
- Engage with viewers in real-time through interactive games, Q&A sessions, and friendly banter.
- Demonstrate the features and usage of Lonkoom perfumes to highlight their unique scent profiles and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative scripts and visual content ideas for broadcasts.
- Monitor live chat to address customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide exceptional service.
- Drive sales targets and achieve daily conversion goals to meet company KPIs.
- Analyze post-stream data to improve future content and viewer engagement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or performing arts is preferred.
- Strong presence on camera with excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
