Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate live broadcasting schedules and ensure all technical equipment is ready prior to go-live times.
- Monitor livestream metrics in real-time, including audience sentiment, viewer counts, and engagement levels.
- Assist content creators with script adherence, product positioning, and live interaction techniques.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (audio, video, connectivity) immediately to minimize downtime.
- Moderate live chat sections to ensure community guidelines are followed and spam is filtered.
- Gather post-stream data and provide summary reports to the management team regarding audience performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment for professional-quality visual output.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or livestream operations.
- Strong technical proficiency with streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, or platform-native tools).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by live events.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends across TikTok, Facebook Live, and Instagram.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
