Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain live streaming equipment including cameras, audio mixers, and encoding software
- Monitor live broadcasts in real-time to ensure optimal technical quality and audience engagement
- Coordinate with production teams to execute seamless live events and content launches
- Troubleshoot technical issues during broadcasts to maintain uninterrupted service
- Manage streaming platform interfaces and content distribution channels
- Prepare streaming environments and conduct pre-broadcast equipment checks
- Archive live content and manage post-production workflows
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years of experience in live streaming operations or digital media production
- Proficiency with streaming platforms (OBS, Streamlabs, Twitch, YouTube Live)
- Strong understanding of audio/video equipment and network protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel daily to Singapore or relocate
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
