Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end technical setup and operation of studio livestream broadcasts.
- Oversee audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting arrays, and switchers.
- Execute live streaming workflows using software such as OBS Studio, vMix, or equivalent platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot real-time technical issues to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Collaborate with on-air talent and production directors to maintain high production standards.
- Coordinate studio logistics to ensure all equipment is prepared, tested, and calibrated prior to airtime.
- Perform post-production tasks, including basic video editing and asset management as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a studio technician, livestream operator, or broadcast engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS) and encoder hardware/software.
- Proficiency in audio mixing, lighting techniques, and camera operation for studio environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under live pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the creative and marketing teams.
- A diploma or degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media live-commerce trends is a significant advantage.
