BPI Direct BanKo, Inc., the microfinance arm of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), is dedicated to providing accessible financial services to micro-entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Associate to join our expanding team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila.
As a Loan Associate, you will play a crucial role in our mission of financial inclusion by driving business growth through effective relationship management, sourcing new loan accounts, and ensuring strict adherence to credit policies to maintain a robust and healthy loan portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Originate, process, and evaluate loan applications in accordance with bank policies and credit standards.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients for credit investigation and business monitoring.
- Proactively collect and manage loan amortizations to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio with minimal delinquency.
- Market and cross-sell the bank's deposit and loan products to achieve branch sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance (BSP, AMLA).
- Prepare and submit timely reports on portfolio performance, collection efforts, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the branch team to identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust effectively.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within the assigned area (Las Pinas and nearby cities).
- Must possess a valid driver's license (motorcycle or car) and be willing to use it for business-related travel.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Residents of Las Pinas City or nearby areas in Metro Manila are highly preferred.
