Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
- Process loan applications with accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and identify potential risks
- Conduct field visits for verification and client engagement in Pagbilao and surrounding areas
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of loan transactions and client interactions
- Collaborate with credit teams to resolve portfolio discrepancies and improve quality
- Provide financial literacy guidance to clients to enhance repayment capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in credit, collections, or customer service (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong understanding of lending principles and banking regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tagalog
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic accounting software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement for field assignments
