Tanggung Jawab
- Process mortgage loan applications with precision, ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations
- Act as primary client contact for loan inquiries, providing timely updates and resolving issues throughout the loan lifecycle
- Verify and maintain accurate financial documentation, including credit reports, income statements, and property valuations
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to address compliance requirements and expedite loan approvals
- Manage digital loan management systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow
- Develop client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
- Monitor pipeline status and proactively address potential bottlenecks in processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Australian mortgage loan processing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in loan origination systems and document management software
