- Prepare and process mortgage loan applications with precision and attention to detail
- Analyze client financial documentation to assess loan eligibility and structure
- Collaborate with brokers and clients to gather necessary information and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal lending policies
- Maintain accurate loan records and documentation throughout the application lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding application status and requirements
- Support team goals by contributing to monthly loan processing targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years experience in loan processing, mortgage brokering, or financial services
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and compliance standards
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
