Vasham is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistic Administrator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our day-to-day logistics and shipping processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a Logistic Administrator at Vasham, you will play a critical role in optimizing our delivery workflows, managing documentation, and maintaining clear communication between internal departments and external partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and oversee daily logistics and shipping activities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate logistics documentation including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and manifests.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and transport carriers.
  • Track and trace shipments, proactively identifying and resolving any transit issues or delays.
  • Input and update shipment data into the internal Logistics Management System (LMS) with high precision.
  • Generate periodic logistics performance reports for management review.
  • Assist in inventory reconciliation and logistics administrative audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or transportation operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
