You will work closely with cross-functional departments to refine processes, manage vendor relationships, and implement data-driven solutions to solve real-world supply chain challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and optimize daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory distribution.
- Monitor and improve delivery service levels (OTIF) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs while maintaining operational standards.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and transport vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Analyze logistics performance data using KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and local transportation laws.
- Collaborate with the Production and Sales departments to ensure demand-supply alignment and timely stock movement.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and regional distribution networks.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
