As a Logistic Booking Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless movement of goods from our manufacturing plant to international and domestic destinations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and shipping lines, ensuring that every shipment is booked efficiently, documented accurately, and tracked until it reaches its final destination. Your contribution will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of delivery reliability and cost control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute end-to-end booking processes with shipping lines and third-party logistics providers.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules with product availability.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve any delays or logistics bottlenecks.
- Oversee cost control measures by comparing freight rates and optimizing shipping routes.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and local customs requirements.
- Maintain accurate logistics data within the company's ERP system for reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders to provide timely updates on shipment delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ocean freight booking procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP software (SAP or similar).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020 and global customs regulations.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Demak, Jawa Tengah.
