Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and supervise delivery teams and drivers to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement to prevent inventory shortages or surpluses.
- Analyze and optimize delivery routes to improve fuel efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure full compliance with local transportation regulations and internal safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics KPIs, operational costs, and team performance.
- Resolve any shipment discrepancies or delivery issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics software (ERP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse delivery and warehouse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Indonesian.
- Familiarity with the geographical layout and industrial zones of Jakarta Utara.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
