Pilar Ekatama is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic dan Gudang Project professional to join our dynamic operations team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our warehouse logistics processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting project-based supply chain requirements. As part of our logistics division, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of project materials, ensuring that our logistics standards align with company goals for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of project goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to ensure zero discrepancy.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to align material availability with project timelines.
- Implement and monitor safety and housekeeping protocols within the warehouse area to ensure a secure working environment.
- Manage logistical documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and shipping manifests.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage methods to improve picking and packing efficiency.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMK, with a preference for Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in warehouse management or industrial logistics.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong understanding of inventory control best practices and supply chain workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines associated with project logistics.
- Resilient, disciplined, and possess a strong commitment to operational safety standards.
