Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Coordinate distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/distribution supervision
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications in supply chain management preferred
