Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily distribution and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse and distribution staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and optimize route planning to reduce fuel consumption and improve delivery lead times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across the distribution facility.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales departments to align distribution schedules with market demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and route optimization software.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
