Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop high-performing logistics teams through mentorship and performance optimization
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations
- Manage inventory control systems to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability
- Coordinate transportation networks to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all operations
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics leadership within manufacturing sector
- Proven track record in team management and operational optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics software systems
- Deep understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CPIM, CSCP) is highly desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English proficiency
