Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet production targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Optimize transportation routes and logistics partnerships to minimize costs and improve delivery turnaround time.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the logistics team to foster a culture of safety and performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, distribution, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a multinational manufacturing or retail environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed operational decisions.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a significant advantage.
