In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our products and materials move seamlessly from our warehouses to our clients across the nation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily transport logistics, managing inventory accuracy, and executing distribution strategies that meet our high company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock management, inventory audits, and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize distribution routes to minimize costs and improve delivery turnaround times.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation, including delivery notes, waybills, and stock records.
- Proactively resolve any delivery delays or supply chain disruptions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local transport regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with drivers and transport partners.
- Willingness to work in Cibinong, Jawa Barat.
