Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Coordinate with local and international freight forwarders to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and logistics safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital logs for all inbound and outbound cargo.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in inventory.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on logistics performance, costs, and warehouse efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian logistics regulations and customs processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or logistics management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with vendors and third-party partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex supply chain bottlenecks.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
