Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations and manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support company growth and meet deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Logistic Officer or Supply Chain role.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and shipping regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
