Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for both local and overseas logistics vendors.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and audits of existing logistics providers to ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing structures to achieve cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast logistics needs and ensure timely procurement of shipping and transportation services.
- Monitor global market trends and regulatory changes affecting logistics and supply chain costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics regarding logistics spend and vendor performance for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, freight forwarding, and international shipping protocols.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
