As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our freight forwarding business, expanding our client portfolio, and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions.

In this role, you will leverage Samsung SDS’s cutting-edge digital logistics platforms to solve complex transportation challenges for our clients. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian freight forwarding market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the freight forwarding market share in Indonesia.
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities across various industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering consistent sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, customs clearance, and global supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
