As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our freight forwarding business, expanding our client portfolio, and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the freight forwarding market share in Indonesia.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities across various industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering consistent sales growth.
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs clearance, and global supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
