Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier partnerships to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy
- Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholder review
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Malaysian transportation regulations and customs procedures
