Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Jotun’s internal safety and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and transport vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Lead and support inventory audits to maintain high stock accuracy levels.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports and data analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of local distribution channels and logistics market dynamics in Sumatera.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
