Zoomlion, a global leader in high-end equipment manufacturing, is looking for a dynamic Logistic Specialist (Sparepart) to join our expanding team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless, supporting our extensive range of heavy equipment and automotive operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, from inbound sparepart procurement and inventory management to timely outbound delivery. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize lead times, reduce costs, and maintain the highest standards of service for our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process for heavy equipment and automotive spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely delivery.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing spare parts, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, stock audits, and logistics performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company logistics policies.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, specifically handling Heavy Equipment or Automotive spare parts.
- Proven expertise in inventory control and warehouse management software (WMS/ERP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
