Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate Delivery Order (DO) documents against physical goods to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare shipments for daily dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipment records, maintaining a clean and organized filing system.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding delivery status and potential delays.
- Operate logistics software to update shipment tracking information in real-time.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in documentation quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta and work under a shift schedule if required.
