Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate Delivery Order (DO) documentation against physical goods to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end outbound logistics processes, from picking and packing to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory levels are maintained and stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Monitor and track shipment progress to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments and external transport partners.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly logistics reports for management review.
- Ensure all operational activities strictly adhere to company safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and inventory management software (ERP system knowledge is a plus).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially with documentation and data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts and possess a proactive work ethic.
