Toyota Auto Body is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Staff to join our dynamic team in Cikarang. As a global leader in automotive manufacturing, we pride ourselves on precision, efficiency, and excellence in our supply chain operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery of automotive components.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Collaborate with internal production teams and external logistics vendors to streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Perform regular audits of shipment tracking and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies within the logistics facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and distribution software.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Cikarang and adapt to shifting operational requirements.
