Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery of automotive components.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, performing regular audits to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and packing lists.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams and external logistics partners to optimize loading and unloading schedules.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations throughout the distribution chain.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential delivery delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though 1-2 years of experience in automotive logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Willing to be stationed in Cikarang and work in a shift pattern if required.
