Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily stock movements and warehouse inventory records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and transport vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery schedules.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and manifests.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and government regulations regarding transport and handling.
- Generate periodic reports on logistical performance, stock levels, and distribution costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
