This critical role requires strategic oversight of inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and transportation scheduling to ensure seamless supply chain efficiency. - Oversee daily inbound/outbound logistics operations at national distribution center
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, storage, and material handling
- Coordinate transportation scheduling and carrier partnerships for cost-effective delivery
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead and develop logistics team through training, performance management, and mentorship
- Implement compliance protocols for safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments for integrated supply chain alignment
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years logistics experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization and cost reduction
- Proven leadership ability in team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
