PT PRAKARSA ENERGI SEJAHTERA is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Supervisor to join our operations team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes operate with maximum efficiency and precision.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can optimize inventory accuracy, streamline distribution workflows, and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and implementing best practices to reduce operational costs while maintaining high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all daily logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Manage and lead the warehouse team, providing training and performance feedback to maintain safety and productivity standards.
- Optimize distribution routes and logistics schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to align inventory levels with business demand.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and workplace health regulations within the warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and supply chain software.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
