We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Supervisor to join our team in Karanganyar. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely delivery while minimizing operational costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the logistics team to achieve daily productivity and safety targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement departments to synchronize supply chain schedules.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports for management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
