Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper handling of goods and safety procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast logistics needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare regular reports on logistics operations and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
