As a Logistic Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our factory logistics, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are managed with maximum efficiency. You will oversee daily workflows, maintain rigorous safety standards, and leverage data to optimize our throughput. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout all logistics processes.
- Optimize logistics workflows to reduce lead times and minimize operational costs.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align material flow with manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain and update logistics documentation and reporting systems (ERP/WMS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams in a factory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen experience is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
