Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes to minimize costs and improve service levels
- Lead and develop a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics supervision or management
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
