We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Transportation Manager to join the dynamic team at Sailun Manufacturing Indonesia.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of logistics operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating complex shipments, managing all necessary documentation, and maintaining strict control over logistics costs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including booking, tracking, and final delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with production and warehouse teams to align logistics schedules with production cycles.
- Monitor KPIs related to delivery timeframes and shipment accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in transportation management or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and import/export procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
