Saka Agung Abadi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistic & Warehouse Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and tactical execution of our entire supply chain ecosystem, from receiving and inventory management to efficient distribution operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record in optimizing warehouse processes, reducing operational costs, and maintaining high standards of logistics performance.
You will lead our warehouse staff, enforce safety and quality protocols, and implement innovative operational policies that align with our company's growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize warehouse productivity.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and advanced stock management software.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to foster a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
- Monitor and analyze logistical KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with local workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor and transportation relationships to maintain cost-effective shipping and distribution channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of health and safety standards (K3) and operational best practices.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for reporting purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-departmental relationships effectively.
