Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day 3PL operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory performance, including stock accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Evaluate and optimize technology and WMS (Warehouse Management System) performance.
- Lead and mentor the operation team to fulfill their daily KPIs and production targets.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure supply chain continuity and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to support regional coordination.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in 3PL operations, warehousing, or manufacturing logistics.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret inventory reports and operational data.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
