Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate digital and physical records for all incoming and outgoing logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular reports on stock movement and logistics performance.
- Verify shipping manifests, invoices, and delivery orders to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Process administrative requirements for vehicle maintenance and licensing to ensure operational continuity.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and logistical workflows to optimize daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be based in Aceh.
